I've been crafting content at ServiceNow for about 7 years — 3 years as a technical writer and 4 years as a content designer. In that time I've taken some of the most complex products on the ServiceNow platform and made them resonate with customers. And I've learned to do this at scale, helping develop terminology and style while empowering partners to create their own great content.
